Bud and Pat have been a successful real estate team for 20+ years in the Phillyburbs. They provide expert solutions as consultants to sellers and buyers of extraordinary properties including residential resales, luxury homes, land, estate-subdivisions, changing senior lifestyles, new construction, and relocation. In addition to the full spectrum of real estate services they and their staff offer, Bud and Pat also have direct access to lenders, investors, appraisers, developers, and title insurance specialists.

PERSONAL BACKGROUNDS
Pat grew up in Michigan and enjoyed opportunities of seeing the results of her social and adoption case work following college. But with marriage, four children, and Buds travel schedule, she elected to be a stay-at-home mom until their children completed college and were on their own. Pat managed moving the family around the U.S. while the children were growing through grades K to 16. The children are graduates of St, Josephs University, University of Delaware, University of Notre Dame, and New York Law School. Pat launched her real estate career when the last child left home.
Bud grew up in Brooklyn, NY and Long Island, NY. His business career took him and the family to Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. They have lived in Bloomfield Hills, MI, Gates Mills OH, Elm Grove, WI, Atlanta Country Club Estates, GA, and in the Phillyburbs for the last 30 years in Chestnut Hill, Plymouth Meeting, Lower Gwynedd and Collegeville, PA. Bud traveled domestically throughout the US and Canada and internationally to the UK, Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Yugoslavia, Russia, Algeria, Spain and Italy. Pat joined him on a number of business trips. Bud and Pat have tried retiring; however, Pat decided to return to real estate and Bud joined her full time.
